Hello dear,

My first post was on spirituality titled as Prayer, Incase if you have not read that post please do view once and comment if that helped you. reason for this gentle reminder is some how this post is linked with my prayer blog.

There is lot of information available on how to live healthy lifestyle. It is so overwhelming and sometimes we even get inspired for a moment or a day or two. But then we jump back to our regular routine; which is probably not healthy.

Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease as per WHO.

Keeping our body healthy is a neccessity and its easy.
A healthy lifestyle not only changes your body, it changes your mind, your attitude and mood.
Our body is so efficient of self healing and it is programmed to be healthy.

Sadhguru; an Indian yogi, mystic, and author throws light on this topic by saying, "Simplest way to a healthy life is to just use the body sufficiently. Some people are so overworked that they have ill-health. Some people are so under worked today that they have ill health.

If we allow life to function fully..it will be healthy. There should be a complete balance in our mind, body and energies"

So how to do this...whats the solution??

Simply Pay attention to your body. Be consious about it. Do not live life on auto-pilot mode.

Listen the cues it gives. for example; some people eat so haphzardly that they do not realize they are eating when they are not even hungry.

To sum up: Their are Only 3 fundamentals for living healthy

  1. Good eating habits

  2. Physical activity

  3. Rest
